You may use this site to learn about Toledo Mobile and submit a legitimate inquiry. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe it without authorization, or submit unlawful or harmful material.

Delphi Mobile Discovery is listed at $5,000–$7,500 and is paid 100% upfront. If a production engagement begins within 30 days, 50% of the discovery fee credits to the kickoff Project Retainer. The credit is capped at that Project Retainer; any unused amount lapses and does not roll into later milestones.

Website descriptions are informational. Scope, schedule, fees, acceptance criteria, and other project terms are set in the signed agreement.

Discovery prepares a submission and implementation path. It does not guarantee App Store or Play Store approval, review timing, first-pass acceptance, business results, or uninterrupted operation of a future product.

The site's text, design, and assets belong to Toledo Technologies LLC or their respective licensors. Project ownership is defined by the signed agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, completed proposal-defined deliverables transfer after final payment; Toledo retains its methods, reusable components, internal tools, and non-client-specific patterns.
