The discovery form can collect your email address and any optional name, platform, product risk, or notes you provide, plus a one-line summary of your platform and risk choices. Hidden product, source, and context fields help route the inquiry correctly.

Our hosting and security providers may also process ordinary technical logs, such as an IP address, browser details, requested path, and timestamp. The lead service may use your network address to limit repeated or abusive submissions.

We use inquiry information to review and respond to your request, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, keep appropriate business records, and comply with law. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing newsletter.

The form posts to the Toledo lead service at https://eolkits.com/api/v1/lead. The service records the inquiry in Toledo's lead database and sends an owner notification so the request can be answered.

We use service providers that support hosting, security, lead storage, notification, site analytics (Cloudflare), and web fonts (Google Fonts). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the site and its users. We do not sell or rent inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Inquiry records you submit through this site are deleted automatically 24 months after submission. If you become a client, what the engagement needs is kept under your agreement. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner at any time.

You may also ask to access or correct your information. Email us for any of these requests. We will honor applicable rights subject to identity verification and legitimate security, legal, and recordkeeping needs.

Each page loads Cloudflare Web Analytics, a script from static.cloudflareinsights.com that reports page views, referring pages, and page-load performance to Cloudflare so we can see how the site is used and how fast it loads. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. Your browser sends these reports directly to Cloudflare, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that connection.

Pages also load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. It does not track you across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

This site may link to third-party sites governed by their own notices. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice as the site or law changes; the date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
